This should be a very brief but simple question to answer. There is a difference in the closing balance from June, and opening balance from July. This has never previously happened and I can't readily explain it. For the last 24 months the closing/opening balances match perfect, as they should. It seems that Paypal may have recently changed the way statements are displayed or reported; so can anyone shed any light on this?
