I have faxed my documents through on a two different fax machinse on the fax number paypal Officially applied me with should i add, and over the internet using their site, which ok i do use ubuntu linux and that might not of been readable but i did get recepit saying it sent fine, now their saying they have rceived nothing from me and in all its been a month now and i can honestly say i am so fed up. Paypal also say they can lift the limits if you can verify from your account (information only you and them know) but they wont do that, how ridiculous is this, surely their must be a easier way, so i can not do nothing on ebay , and amazon is doing the same , asking for private information .
