I'm having a similar issue. I asked for a refund ($26.95 USD) from a server hosting company (VReel Media). They obliged, but the 'Type' is 'Temporary Hold', and the Status is 'Placed'. The Amount is '-$26.95 USD '. Did PayPal just take my money? It's been 2 days already.
