opened new paypal account a couple of days ago, just won my first bid on e-bay, and when I try to pay e-bay tells me to return to paypal. What am I doing wrong? I opened my account with a credit card, do I have to put money in my account to use my credit card? Do I have to link the two? I don't know what I need to do to pay for this item, so please help.
