dont trust paypal!!! i was recently scammed by company called paypal, everything was exact they interacted with ebay, so everything looked good, the last email i recieved from paypal was item ok to ship, please provide tracking number to release your funds, but just had a gut feeling that something was wrong, as no payment was showing, i contacted paypal they said it was a scam so i cancelled the transaction and re-listed the item on ebay. once again i sold the item the customer done as promised paid the full amount by paypal. checked my ebay account and it said payment pending payment will be released within 21 days now angry i phoned paypal and said whats all this about my money on hold!! they said i need to provide a tracking number and when the customer has recieved the item and is satisfied with the item and left positive feedback then the money will be released within 3 days (what a joke) i said what if the customer does not leave feedback "they said they would investigate after 21 days of this, so i still ahve no money for the item, they also said that the customer can dispute this and claim a refund. (I THINK PAYPAL HAS JUST SCAMMED ME).
