I tried to make a payment on ebay and kept getting an error message. Contacted ebay and was told to contact the seller to let them know that they're problem with the seller paypal account that's preventing me from paying them. Contacted the seller and the seller said they've been having problem with paypal (give no reason why) and told me to just to on paypal and send money to them (they provided an email address to send it to). Is it safe for me to just send money to their email account? Will I still be cover or protected should anything go wrong (not getting the right item and such)?
