Trying to create USPS shipping - free in U.S., but calculated for international rates.  The "table" in Paypal is very easy to use, but I don't know how I can apply one set of rates across all countries outside of U.S., unless I just take the most expensive and apply to all!   So- I saw posts about UPS accounts, and got excited... but under the profile settings under POSTAL settings, I only see UPS.  I actually applied and have a USPS accoutn that will allow jme to link from full shopping carts- but thought that PayPal might have an easier wayt o link to a simple calc or even insert a third-party piece?    Any suggestions on USPS calculations for international rates in PayPal????   thanks a million!!! ... I'm trying to help a client set up international shipping here- as he got stung by someone purchasing something form Australia and shipping being far under estimated.   I have tried the basic table in PayPal- but the only way to recoup expenses would be to use the most expensive rates and apply them to all countries?  I had even applied at the USPS to be  able to insert their calculator into shopping carts, but is htere any REAL calculator in PayPal (or an API that can be inserted) to allow true calculation - by coutnry - of international shipping?   thanks!!!!!!!! ...
