Hello, A couple of days ago I purchased something on ebay using paypal and today I check my paypal tranactions and noticed that I have sent a payment to an unregistered person? I have contacted the seller and they are saying they have not receieved my payment however he is saying that my item has shipped. The money has been taken out of my paypal account but I do have option to cancel my payment. I dont really know what to do with this can anyone help me?
