This is most interesting.   I can use my paypal debit card for POS transactions, food, gas, etc, BUT when I try to get my cash limit out from an ATM, I declined each time!  It shows a sufficient balance, then the message reads, "We cannot process your request at this time."   WHY? ... View more

Much of the info is unclear, not fully excplained or unclear.  I was told recently I could send money to a relative for free, but I PAID a fee previously because I did not know that.  Also the difference between paying vis debit card and bank account.  There are no limits established for sending FREE money so far as I can tell, and the feedback form is worthless and a joke: There is not enough room to explain my issues, due to the lack of info available on paypal site! ...
