I HAD A BUYER WHO CLAIMED THAT MY GOODS WERE FAULTY, AND WANTED A REFUND. THIS I REFUSED, SO THEY PROCEEDED TO PUT A CLAIM IN FOR A REVERSAL-WHICH PAYPAL DID WITHOUT ANY INVESTIGATION. PAYPAY ALSO STATED THAT MY GOODS SHOULD BE RETURNED BY THE BUYER. THE BUYER RETURN PART OF MY GOODS IN BITS!!!!!, BUT FAILED TO RETURN THE MOST EXPENSIVE PARTS OF MY GOODS. THIS WAS ALMOST A MONTH AGO AND I HAVE HAD A COMPLETE ROUND AROUND BY PAYPAL. I HAVE HAD A POLICE INCIDENT REPORT FOR THE GOODS NOT RECEIVED, BUT PAYPAL JUST IGNORE ALL E-MAILS, TELEPHONE CALLS - WHEN YOU CAN GET THROUGH - AND THEY HAVE CLOSED MY APPEAL AND HAD REFUNDED THE MONIES TO THE BUYER. WHO NOW HAS MY GOODS AND HIS CASH BACK. WHERE IS THE JUSTICE....................................I WILL NOW BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT WITH PAYPAL WHO HAVE ALSO PLACED A CHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT.........................WHAT A SHAM........
