I purchased a pair of Ugg boots on ebay. I paid immediately via Paypal. Within a couple of hours I received notification from ebay that the transaction had been cancelled. I then sent the seller an email asking for them to refund the payment, they told me they had already shipped. They did give me a tracking number, which I thought was off so I filed a claim. The package did show up today, however; the boots are not authentic as advertised in the auction. With a claim already open, how can I get the ball rolling to get my money back on these boots?
