.i dont understand what they want it says on the main page "As part of payment holds for new ebay sellers, we'll hold the money from your ebay transactions for up to 21 days" i understand that if its your first time selling an item just to make sure your not comminting fraud but after you have sold many items an been given good feedback i think it should be the most 24/48 hours or if in the worst case until the item was shipped but thats it.
