I am feeling a bit perplexed and disappointed...I have had a Rolling Reserve placed on my account and cannot seem to find a way to have this removed. Do I need to close my PayPal account? The only reason I can figure this was placed on my account was because I have been refunding overcharges on shipping...I am refunding money to my customers, so they do not feel they are getting ripped off when the actual shipping differs from Ebays "calculated" shipping....and for this, I feel I am being penialized by having 10% of my HARD EARNED money held for 2 months!!! These are not refunds because my customers are not happy...this is to make my customers EXTRA happy by getting back a few dollars. Is there anyone else out there going through something like this? If so, what can we do about it? I have tried to email PayPal but because they don't have a box I can check for my actual issue I have trouble sending an email. I tried asking Sarah, our automated help lady...and well, there's only so much a computer animated lady can do for me!! She's very polite and very quick to respond, but I feel I need a real response to a real problem. It's holiday season and I have almost 200. being held until Jan. 3rd!!
