I shipped an order to the "certified address in paypal shipping wizard. that package floated around for two mnoths and kept showwing up as undeliverable. Then it was returned to me in such bad condition it looked like it had been kicked off the back of a fast moving truck. Thats not all, when I looked in paypal to try to refund the buyers money, the address was completly different! do i still refund cost pus shipping, or do I have a recourse with paypal? They had two different addresses for the same member and I don't know if the one I sent it to was correct. HELP!
