Good luck, I tried to get this fixed a long time ago and Paypal just ignores it. I agree that trusting a device should be an opt in not something they do and then you have to turn if off. You only know if you see their email that they did it. Paypal, trusting a device isn't your choice alone, it is first a choice of the user!!!! Maybe time to discontinue use of Paypal after many years.
