I ordered online through Toys 'R Us then paid for the order through Paypal. However, when I paid for my order, I realized that I was not supposed to be charged shipping and I was. I contacted Toys 'R Us and they refunded the shipping on the order. But for some reason there has been a partial hold placed on the funds from the refund - this was all LAST WEEK. Why do I not have access to my refund? I can't even email customer service about my problem - there is nothing about the topic of a hold placed on a REFUND! It keeps directing me to cancel the order, and I am NOT cancelling MY REFUND. What am I supposed to do here?
