Hi, I need help. I bought several items from a seller on ebay When I got them I filed SNADs cases because I found out they were fake jewelry. I shipped back the items. The seller refunded me but see what happened Today I got the emails from ebay saying that I got a full refund for each item. I go to ebay to check the cases and it says that I got a full refund. But when I check my paypal account I only see a partial refund. Not the full refund as per ebay buyer protection. In the paypal payment details page says: "Status: Partially Refunded" I paid $10.25. But I only got refunded $8.33. Does anyone can explain me why? Im totally confused!
