I made a claim that I had not received all of a product that I had purchased. I only got half. I made a claim and was refunded a full refund. Not the partial refund I asked for. The seller did not reply to the claim at all. Now she is sending me messages and asking that I return part of the money I received to her. If anyone should get the money back shouldn't it be pay pal? when I made the claim, she told me she didn't have any money in her account to cover it and that Pay Pal would cover the cost. I don't think I should be sending her the difference?
