Yes I have done what I as asked and provided additional pictures of the item in question. From what Im understanding the buyer recieved the item and basically it wasnt what they wanted and thats why this claim was filed. Without documentation/ pictures of the damage claimed I have noway to tell if it is broke or they just dont want it, How am I to know if they didnt damage it ....I have no way to prove that. However, I can give you this much, if a buyer buys an item, gets it, and just dont want it or it wasnt what they were expecting, and paypal gives them their money back without proving its broke with both the damage to the box AND item, I will be canceling any farther transactions through ebay and paypal. ...  I have been a seller since 04 on ebay. Recently sold an item. Buyer got item went straight to paypal and filed a dispute without contacting me. I responded to dispute the same day. Seller says item was broken, my shipping is pretty much flawless, item was plastic, and I bubble wrapped it and filled rest of box with foam bubbles. I have tried atleast 10 times to contact the buyer for evidence of the broken item so I can file a claim with UPS and try to recoop some of my money back but  buyer will not return my emails. Now as of today they have escatlated the issue to paypal and again still wont respond to me or send me pics of the damage. I have even tried to call these ppl 3 different times. So whats your thoughts? I have never ran into this issue before. Will paypal award the buyer their money back and leave the long time seller hanging? I also have provided paypal with original pictures of the item before shipment. ....I welcome any feedback you may have. ... View more
