I just got off the phone with PayPal regarding the eBay checkout process error. I was told that is a known issue with the PayPal security key. So, I disabled the security token that I had, and I am finally able to checkout on eBay! I then added my cell phone as my new security key and it works just fine. So, I think the issue has been isolated to the "token" security key. I also ordered one of those new credit card type secuity keys, so we'll see if that works. Until PayPal fixes this, you should disable your security token and use your cell phone as your secuity key. Hope this helps! ... View more

I also get an error after clicking the "checkout" button on eBay in order to pay for my purchases. After clicking that button and logging into PayPal with my username and password, it goes to this screen. Normally, after I log in, PayPal would ask for my security key code, since I am using one of those. I've got a few items to pay for on eBay and I am unable to, as this keeps happening.
