I still don't understand.  They will post a printout?  We can't download and massage a printout or do you mean that they provide a different csv to workaround the issue? ... View more

What do you mean by "They will post the information you need"?   Do they have a fix?  Do they send a custom report to me?  Can you explain? ... View more
