I just got hosed by Paypal for selling an item to a Russian for >$.99. I charged $15 for shipping but when I went to the Post Office to mail the final cost to ship was $24. Of course the buyer filed a not-received dispute and after 2 months of agonizing over this dispute who do you think Paypal sided with? The buyer had less than 50 ebay feedback I have over 2000 and have been a member since 2000. In spite of showing Paypal the customs declaration and receipt for what it cost to send the buyer prevailed. This is not the first time this has happened and won't be the last. Paypal is no different than any other fraudulent bank that has put the citizens of America in bankruptcy. As long as these outfits are not watched by an government (for the people) oversight agency they will continue to steal from all of us. We need a class action suit against Paypal.
