Hello, i need some help in accessing the dispute centre - i have an urgent problem due to the time restraints and for days have been unable to access the dispute centre, i go through the correct procedure and it just keeps telling me that it is an old site and cannot be accessed and to click on the pay pal logo which just tells me the same thing how do i get into it!
