Hello jasminhiya   I am sorry to hear that you have not had an update.  Based on your information it sounds as if this case has already been closed because typically it would not take this long to review a case and make a decision.    I would encourage you to review all your open/closed cases in your Resolution Center as this will provide you with an explanation of what happened with your claim.  If you never received a refund and have never received your product, then it sounds as if you may not have escalated your dispute to a claim within the required 20 day time period which means the case would have closed out with no refund being issued.   If after reviewing your Resolution Center you still have additional questions please let me know and I will be happy to further assist you.  Thank you.   KB ...
