Bill-Me-Later has since been added as a payment option through Paypal. So, I can use that to pay for items that I buy from ebay but it doesn't give me that option when I pay for my items on Etsy, why is that???? If it's a payment option via Paypal than why does it matter where the item is purchased from if the seller accepts paypal??
