I purchased the rice cooker “Thunder Group RER55ASN" on a website called https://www.fihushop.com/ on June 25, pay with PayPal. Until June 30, I had not received any tracking number and The whole website is disappeared. Then I opened up a case for it. Which now is close already. Because they sent out an envelope on June 30 to our town as proof of delivery. On the FedEx website, if you put in the tracking number, they only show which city it sent, but not the whole address. I also open a case on FedEx for tracking number 280966424683, asked for the destination address, but FedEx says they can't provide me any information about the sender or the destination’s address. Because I am not the sender or the receiver. I lucky enough to find someone who knows FedEx driver tells me where is the envelope. it sent to Hampton Inn. But the people who work in the inn, couldn't the envelope. the Paypal agent asked me to get an email or something from FedEx as proof. I have not idea how I suppose to do that? that should be my job. i am not the one who send it out. should be the sender to prove it has been send to the correct address. This is totally a scam, that rice cook weight 45 lbs, how can it be put into an envelope weight 0.5 lb?
