My wife wants to purchase her own items through e-bay instead of through me. When she sets up an account through Paypal, she cannot go any further. We have a joint bank account and when she gives the card details, the setup procedure states that the card cannot be used as it is already being used. (which of course is setup with my account) Can't find anything on paypal about this. Any suggestions?
