I thought it was an original item but when I looked at it I found it was warez. I created a dispute but canceled because I entered the wrong amount and after I canceled it I found I couldn't reopen a new one for the same ID. How can I get a refund now? Transaction ID #7WX56452RW627434G)

I cant get the CSC code so It says to ad a 000 if I cant, I did that and set it to my primary however i still dont see it in my add funds options.

after I added the card paypal sent me an email saying its added to my account but how do I add funds from the card to my paypal account? its not listed in the "Add Funds by Electronic Funds Transfer".
