When I was on ebay earlier I came accross a sight called Swoopo. They were selling i pads really cheap. I signed up with swoopo. I lost out on the deal. They are still charging me the amount I agreed at the beginning. You have to buy different price bid packs and that is what they are charging me for. I am new to all this.
