i dont sell much on the internet so i hadnt noticed this before today: i recently sold an item and the seller paid, i got the emails and everything a few days later i got a refund from newegg on an order i cancelled on my account page, i can see the funds into paypal - but my paypal balance is $0 ? any clue what this could be about, all my other payments have been from my bank account, so it's not like the money has been withdrawn by me buying things from ebay but basically no matter who sends me money, my paypal balance stays at $0
