4 times at a row paypal charges almost double of what eBay indicates. Post office and eBay agree on the price. Conversations with paypal through India do not lead anywhere. Just 25 or more minutes on the phone on hold. Do not trust paypal's calculations is their lesson. How do I get my money back??
