Question: I sold a bracelet to a person on Germany who is now claiming SNAD through Paypal. This was a transaction made outside of Ebay. She supposedly is returning it but I have yet to receive. Am I liable to repay ? With an item sold outside of Ebay, is the buyer protected? Any clarity provided will be appreciated.
