I joined ebay a few years ago and sold 3 items. 2 items were paid by paypal and due the amount and some family illness's the money just lay there. I had a few reminders that I have money and a few weeks ago began to try to access it. Problem is that my email for ebay has now changed and I have updated my savings to a normal bank account. When i spoke with a paypal rep they talked me through and after the money ahd been sent it came back as the account details are wrong. Paypal say its a bank problem and no to contact them. I have a monthly bank statement showing no money I have since forgotten my password and the 2 security questions Everytime I send a request I get the same pre-set answer Am going round in circles and hope someone out there knows how I can out it right Is there a UK call centre for Paypal Please ADVISE
