I tried to apply for a Paypal debit card a week ago, and since then my account has been limited and will be restricted if I do not provide a copy of my social security card, a bill with my name on it, and a copy of a photo ID. I am not comfortable with providing this information, so what can I do? (I'd be alright with providing a copy of my photo ID, but not a copy of my SS Card, and I do not have any bills with my name on them.) So, am I forever unable to use Paypal again? I've already sent an email to customer service, and it seems it's been completely ignored. I'm getting really upset with this, because I'm expecting money to come to my account within the next few days, and I'm afraid I won't be able to access it. (Frankly, even if the problem here is solved, it's unlikely that I'll be using Paypal's services again. I don't appreciate not getting responses, nor the seemingly random limiting of my account.)
