customer bought some shoes and paid with paypal a few days later we noticed the funds were placed on temporary hold and then they were reversed. the next day the reverse was complete. have we lost our money or what? i cant get through to paypal to find anything out i keep going round in circles. i contacted ebay direct chat and they told me to contact paypal. why can paypal just take money out of your account and not give you any notice or explanation? has this happened to anyone else and what can we do?
