I sold an Item by Ebay on Aug.,21 2011 Buyer paid , I claimed the payment,I shipped,we send positive feedbacks to each other. I think its a perfect Transaction.\ When I claimed the payment I checked my papal account and he showed me the 41.01$ payment. Since then the Money is gone--I don't see any Transaction in my history for reserved payments anymore-nothing If I buy stuff in Ebay it works always fine---I sold one Item and my money is gone Several Mails to Paypal but no Solution What can I do????

Hello aleshia99, It sounds to me like the email address used in the eBay listing is incorrect. When you see an unclaimed payment in a PayPal account that indicates the payment does not know where to go. Check the email address in the listing, if the email address is incorrect you will need to update the email address in your PayPal account to reflect the payment. I hope this helps. Misty
