I won two items on eBay and used Bill Me Later to pay for them; I assume the transaction went through because I got a receipt from eBay for them. Well, after 24 hours, my eBay purchase history still showed the items as not being paid for. I checked my BML and it didn't show that the transactions posted. So, I went ahead and paid for the one item since the seller was anxious for the payment (nothing against the seller they're entitled to their money obviously). The day after paying for the one item, I checked BML and it showed that my payments for both items posted to my BML accounts. Unfortunately, eBay did not show that I used BML to pay for either transaction. In fact, an unpaid item case was opened against me on the one item and, obviously, I ended paying twice for the other item. I contacted the seller and let him/her know of the issues and they were not sympathetic at all. I had a receipt that the items were paid for and a record of the transaction recorded on BML. However, neither of the sellers received any payment from BML. I contacted eBay--"there's nothing we can do for you." I contacted PayPal--"there's nothing we can do for you." I contacted Bill Me Later--"we've been having techinical difficulties with BML and eBay and funds not being released to eBay sellers from BML but they've been resolved as of today (Thursday); just give it a day and the transaction will likely go through and your item will be paid for." NOT!!!!! Today, the unpaid item was closed and now I have an unpaid item on my record because BML never linked with eBay so that the seller could get paid. Now, I have to dispute the two transactions on my BML account because I never received the items I paid for because the sellers never got their money. I will be contacting BML and eBay and letting them know exactly how I feel about this and will be contacting PayPal as well. This is truly ridiculous! I came here looking for answers, but found people with the same problem. I am vey upset about this, especially since no buyers were made aware that EBAY WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH BILL ME LATER AND VICE VERSA!!!! I WILL NOT BE USING BML IN THE FUTURE TO PAY FOR EBAY PURCHASES.
