hi ,,, ok firstley ive spent quite a few hundred on ebay with paypal ,,, now forgive me if i`m being dumb but why dont you verify an account before someone can use it???? ,,, wont it save all this mess ,,, i now have 2 unhappy sellers now because i cant pay for my stuff ,,, and i wont be best pleased if they resell them ,,, isnt it all stupid ,,, if its not someones account dontyou think it would of been reported by now and the address where everything goes too would be a sure way for policeto find the culprate ????? ,, your way is just a total menace it begs belief ,,, now i`m gona get some storey to why we need to verify ,,,but still cud of done that when setup card in 1st place
