Happens ALL THE TIME. Paypal is TERRIBLE at keeping these transactions straight. It happen to me SEVERAL times for MUCH bigger $. At one point, they took out almost $900 and then started charging ME for overdraft fees because they couldn't KEEP taking money out of the wrong account! The only reason Paypal is still in business is because there isn't a viable competitor. PERIOD. The minute one shows up, people will leave "Playpal" in droves! I finally just had to close my account and report it to the credit agencies. Paypal ended up keeping money they didn't deserve, and had the nerve to tell me I still owed them! HA!!!
