well im in the middle of a claim made by someone who couldnt wait 3 days for me to ship an item (one of those days was a sunday as well), and after i sent the buyer a numerous amount of emails stating the tracking number and the copy of the receipt, he makes a dispute. now its a claim, and even though ive sent emails to paypal 5 times with the copy of the receipt and the tracking number WHICH CONFIRMS DELIVERY BY SIGNATURE and ive also sent notes on the claim and uploaded files to the actual claim, paypal is saying the tracking number doesnt confirm them actually receiving it. they want me to fax the actual shipping label...really?? i have the receipt from ups that shows the correct address and tracking number, but somehow that isnt good enough. paypal you are a huge disgrace
