I sold an item on feb 25th 2011. 40 days after the buyer received an item she opened a case with paypal saying item not described. I agreed to issue full refund if she sends the item back to me. I moved to a different location in those 40 days and gave her my new address as "return address" on paypal dispute options. However she decided to ship it to the old address and since i dont live there anymore the item got sent back to her(tracking info confirms it). I emailed her several times to send the item back, sent her prepaid shipping label with the correct address twice and never received a response from her. She sent an email couple days ago saying that i should paypal her $20 My old address was on file with paypal so paypal says i will not win the case if i reopen and appeal that i did not receive the item. But the item hasnt been delivered at my old address even though she sent it there. Its been returned to her and the tracking says so. Why wouldnt i win the appeal if she got her money back and also has my item in possession? Thank you
