It cost me $350 for something like this so a buyer could have the item and his money both. If you really want to ship, I can't stress enough that you MUST have proof that it was received. That alone may cost your package another $11 or so, and certified is not tracked outside the US border. IF you do not have proof that it was received, Paypal and Ebay's policies are to give the item, and the money both to the buyer. No matter what contract you may have between seller and buyer. Buyer has 45 days to go to resolution center, and some countries take up to 2 months in customs? Poor policies like this has left me with all international buys will have 7 days to pick-up, and pay on pick-up outside something like paypal that will give the money back when they pretend they didn't get it.
