Payments going to old email address that I cannot ...

I recently changed my email address but payments are going to the old one, which I cannot access anymore.  I deleted the old email address from my PayPal account about a week ago, then noticed that several of my completed eBay auctions are tagged "payment is being processed through PayPal."  So I added the old address to my PayPal account again and logged in that way, and sure enough there are several payments pending.   The trouble is, I cannot collect these payments because that email address is unconfirmed, and I cannot complete the process for confirming the email address because I have no way of accessing the old address. This is NOT a matter of the message going to a spam folder or something like that.  There is simply no way I can ever get email at that old address anymore.   Am I going to have to contact all of the buyers, tell them to cancel the payments, and then send them all individual invoices?
