The problem is that Paypal (and ebay), can override any disclaimers, conditions, terms, etc. you put on your listing. Even if you check the box that the buyer pays return shipping, Paypal can still give the customer back all of his money since the TOS allows them basically to set a pile of 100's on fire for warmth and then claim it was your fault the heat went out in their customer service center so those 100's were from your account from what I am seeing.
