I would call again and ask to speak to a supervisor.  They were excellent and fixed it for me and have had orders now that come to where they should.   I was told that it can be deleted by Paypal and until it is this can and does happen .. apparently as with you years later.        Good luck the squeeky wheel gets the oil keep calling.. ... This is insane.  I cannot use Paypal to order anything anymore.  I called them and was told that I need to specify the address with the vendor when I order.  What?  I have and still goes to my old address which btw.. is not on my account anymore so how is it still sending things there?     This needs to be addressed cannot have this I need my inventory for my buisness when I need it.l   Furious!! ... Paypal Sending My Packages to Wrong Address

I have now had two purchases sent to the wrong address.  I moved 5 months ago, all the old information is updated, and removed and replaced with my new address however when I order through my PayPal account it still is putting the old address on even when I specifically add the correct one from the store I am purchasing through.  One Amazon one Bed Bath and Beyond. Each of these people say Paypal will change the address even when you add a specific one if that address is in your Paypal account.      How on earth do I get this resolved?  I have searched Paypal and nowhere is the old address showing.  On all my cards its changes also.       Help!!   Paypal has not responded to 2 requests of assistance.     Thank you ... Very Dissapointed

I had a dispute on clip art I purchased and have done this for over 10 years and never had a problem with understanding a sites TOS.  After finding out the clip art did not download correctly as transparent I contacted the site as i could not use the art if it was not transparent as indicated on the files I choose.  At that time they asked me what I was using it for and I said for my commercial store as you are allowed to use them if purchased commercially.  They then informed me that the print on demand I was using at it was not allowed.  They have a 3 day return policy so I asked and told them that it was my fault as I did not continue reading after I saw they could be used commercially but I could not use them anyway so I deleted them all and asked for a refund the next day after purchasing.   They said I had downloaded more than 3 graphics and they would not return my almost $90.    I did not see the problem with the transparent files until I had done a bulk download of approx 80 files.  And again explained I had deleted them, and they could check my store as they have the domain but I would never use something that was illegal to use and I had deleted them.    They still refused to give me back my money so I filed a complaint.   Well I lost and I am really saddened by this as I did everything I could in good faith and the files were not as they indicated and yet Paypal went with them.   There are numerous complaints about this company on the internet about their clipart not being what they claim but they looked for a reason to deny my refund and paypal went for it.   I am 76 years old on SS and that really hurt to just throw away almost 100.00      The company however refunded me 42,00 for some reason but its not right what they did .  I may have not read the terms correctly and they are pretty conflicting and long, but they also did not provide what they said they would.   There is no way of contacting paypal further on this they closed the case, cannot even add to the file that I feel it was not  a fair decision.   I am not a large contributor to Paypal but none the less I am just as important as a lot of me's make up the success of Paypal as without us the companies do not exist.   Thank you for listening... ... I am really upset

I received an email alledgedly from Paypal to "Sign up for Electronic Notifications"  in it , there was a request to log in with my account and password to do this.   I was under the impression you are never asked to do this, so I went to my account via the web and there was nothing about this email or notifications.   So I forwarded it to spoof and got a reply that it was indeed a phissing attempt and thank you.  A hour later I got a email saying it was not an attempt.   Then another.   So I emailed them back and asked them to please clarify which is the answer, and if it is okay isn't that dangerous?   I received back a duplicate of the email saying its okay, no answer just a format letter as before.   So again I replied and said please explain which email I should accept as the answer?  And again they send me another copy of the same email.   This now has been 5 attempts to get them to explain the condradiction and they are refussing to answer me.   This is a serious situation, since our bank info and more is on this supposidely proffesional site.  I am 71 years old and do not understand why someone at Paypal would continue to send these to me without so much as a response.  It is almost as if they are laughing at me and I just received while writing this another.  7 emails with the same information.   This is not right and I have no idea what to do now. ...
