Hello guys I was planning on buying a backpack for school on eBay, I found the perfect backpack and made a paypal account. I have added more than enough funds in Canadian dollars to my paypal account and it says it will take 6-8 business days to process. I was wondering if I am able to purchase the backpack now and have the money deducted from the pending funds or if I will be able to reserve the item in any way so that no one scoops this great deal up 🙂 if any eBay pros or paypal experts help it will be greatly appreciated ❤️ 🙂
