I was recently in Brazil and used PayPal to pay for a order I made so it would arrive by Christmas in the USA. PayPal was used because they offered a $10.00 incentive to use their service in place of my credit card. I took advantage of that offer. My account at PayPal was investigated, my account was frozen, the seller issued a intercept of shipping on my order and canceled the order, it took me a day on the telephone to get the PayPal account freeze lifted, I called the seller to reinstate the order and was told I would have to replace the order, pay with a credit card and I would OF COURSE not receive the PayPal incentive of $10.00. That took another hour. I declined their offer,and 5 people will not get their Christmas presents. All because PAYPAL decided ,for my protection, that my order was fraudulent. I will not use PayPal again while traveling! USE A CREDIT CARD!
