Okay, so I realize I made some serious rookie mistakes, but I'm new to selling on eBay and I've had a hettic last couple months. Here's what happened. Please read, I REALLY NEED HELP. I sold a Chinese Panda coin on ebay for several hundred dollars. The guy who purchased it had been on ebay over a year with 130 positive reviews. He lived in California (I live in NC). He pays so I send item with insurance and a trackin number. Over a month later I get a message from the guy sayin he never recieved item and is going to report me to ebay/paypal. He's already put a hold on the transfer (thats what paypal showed) and my paypal account now had a negative balance and all the money I had in there was gone (presumably refunded to him). I contacted my local post office and they said it was delivered to California and to call the post office there. California tells me it was never delievered and they must have lost it so I should file a lost item claim with them to get my money back. I spend the next three weeks sending the more and more crap they apparently need to approve my claim. THEN the other day they send me one saying they found the item and shipped it to him two weeks prior (I payed to get his signature as proof he recieved it). I've contacted the buyer, but now I really just want my money (or my coin preferably) back and I don't know who else to contact because it's been five days and I haven't heard from him. The original purchase occured on April 10th and USPS didn't deliver till June 13th and didn't inform ME of the delivery until JULY 8th. What do I do? I already had to pay pypal a fee to refund the guy. And had to pay USPS several fees. This is gonna eat up half my money. Jeeze...
