I recently purchased an item online and paid it through paypal. But today I checked the status of my order and it says that it has been refunded and the note from merchant was that "this account is closed" What happened? I went to the bank earlier in the day and saw that the order went through and they were paid, but now it's been refunded? Is it possible that I paid 2 times? Please help
