Provided all the documents. To do list says:congratulations! we have received and successfully verified etc. Received an email from PP saying: Your receiving limits have been lifted. But when I log into the account the limits are still there. Which one is correct? Was the email and congratulations in to do list a joke? a mistake? are there rival fractions inside PP who give different info? Can somebody clarify this please? Thanks a million in advance!
